The Why Behind Our Business
My mom and I shared a beautiful dream — to one day open a store where women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and walks of life could feel seen, celebrated, and truly beautiful. We envisioned a space where every woman could show up as her full, authentic self — unapologetically and confidently.
For years, we would sit together, imagining every little detail: the clothes, the feeling, the community. It was more than a business idea — it was a reflection of the love, strength, and warmth that my mom embodied and that she so freely gave to others.
When she passed, my heart broke. But in that heartbreak, I found clarity. I realized that life is too short to wait for the “perfect” moment. So, with her spirit in my heart and her memory guiding my every step, I took the leap we had always dreamed of — and brought our vision to life.
The name Frieda Christine is a tribute to both of us — Frieda, her middle name, and Christine, mine. Woven together, they represent a legacy of love, courage, and the unbreakable bond between a mother and daughter.
Though she’s no longer here physically, I feel her with me in every choice I make and every woman who walks through our doors. It is with all my love, and in honor of her, that I share with you:
